Haya London — Returns & Refund Policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty
How to return:
- Email us at returns@hayalondon.com with your order number
- We will send you a return authorisation
- Post the item to our returns address
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Faulty items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hayalondon.com
